HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO - ME!!!!

So 29th of May, 2010 i turn 23. Oh man im getting older.. sobs sobs but on the positive side im more than just LEGAL.. haha. this is probably the time of my life where i get more serious with LIFE.

A few hours before my actual birthday, Sha came by my house & picked me up. we decided to go to ALEXIS but not that sure as to which one to go. we've been to the one in Bangsar both in Telawi & BSC & Gardens. So we decided to SHOOT OFF to the one in Ampang. when we finally got there, Sha told me to open up the CAR BOOT to get her black colored HEELS but to find out that she got me a BDAY PRESENT.. YAY!!!! she just loves SURPRISING ME.. this is why i really do love her. She's FULL of surprises & a GOOD ONE at that.

We went in for dinner so i had the usual which is SPAGHETTI CARBONARA. im sooooo PREDICTABLE i guess bcoz friends that usually hang out with me knows me tooo well to even begin with that i would eat the same thing at the same place OVER & OVER again. hehehehehe. while waiting for our food, i opened up her present & i got a LACOSTE collared T-Shirt. i did not bring my camera to even take pictures of the present. actually i CAN'T FIND MY CAMERA. My room is too messy. i'm definitely cleaning up my room first thing in the morning. DEFINITELY.

As for dessert, Sha was craving for PECAN PIE & they were out of it, so we went to ALEXIS AGAIN but in Bangsar to try & just grab dessert there. So FINALLY they do have PECAN PIE so we shared it. THANX BEEP!!!! for giving me a blast for my birthday. hope we'll have many BIRTHDAYS TOGETHER.. :)

American Idol Winner Is... Lee Dewyze!!

First of all congrats to Lee Dewyze for an AMAZING RUN in American Idol even though i thought Crystal Bowersox was gonna WIN it. I have to say that their FINALE performances wasn't UP TO PAR with other FINALES. It was very plain & it didn't give me GOOSEBUMPS like other seasons.


Also not to forget SIMON COWELL'S last season of American Idol as he will move to his own show X-FACTOR along with some rumors that Paula Abdul will join forces with him in his new TALENT SHOW. While American Idol next year MIGHT be their last but it depends on RATINGS & the viewers as the person replacing Simon is still unsure.


There were a few performances from previous IDOLS bidding farewell to Simon. Performance from Christina Aguilera too performing her new single, WELCOME BACK!! Paula Abdul came back for the finale too. other performances are from idols such as Taylor Hicks, Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Elliot Yamin & so on.

Oh NO!! Since American Idol's over for this year, i guess there is no more interesting talent shows to watch till next year. I'm gonna miss American Idol. :(

ROLAND GARROS - French Open 2010

I'm a BIG FAN of TENNIS. i started watching tennis when i was 14. during that time, Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi, Martina Hingis & Jennifer Capriati was ON THE TOP & have been doing so well in Tennis that they actually won LOTS & LOTS of GRAND SLAM. not to mention other SINGLES TITLES too.

Now it has all changed & the people on top are Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Andy Roddick, Serena Williams, Maria Sharapova & Justine Henin. So this week from the 23rd of May till 6th of June, 2010. While most of the TOP players are contesting, a few are absent for this BIG event. one of the missing players are Kim Clijsters who is still facing a foot injury.

The FRENCH OPEN is the 2nd GRAND SLAM of the year where the others are Australian Open, Wimbledon & US Open. French Open is basically CLAY surface compared to the others which are Hard Courts & Grass. Clay surface is slower than any other surfaces which actually brings an advantage to UNDERDOGS to beat the PROS of tennis.

Tennis Pros such as Roger Federer & Serena Williams have weaknesses in clay courts. where else pros such as Rafael Nadal & Justine Henin are the KING & QUEEN of clay. these 2 hold the most records of French Open wins compared to any other Tennis players currently existing.

I'm ROUTING for Rafael Nadal & Justine Henin to win the French Open. So if you are a FAN of tennis, u better start switching on the channel on Astro to catch up with all the matches in Roland Garros - French Open.

KLANG OH KLANG!!!!

Today i came to work feeling really sleepy.. ZZZzzzzzz.... I did not have enough sleep last nite & i woke up almost every hour. I guess i've been having BAD DREAMS for the past 3 days. As usual i will always have 'KARIPAP SARDIN' for breakfast & that keeps me happy everyday at work. Hehe..

So around 10.45am, a few people came to the office to repair the AIRCOND. No wonder it was so HOT in the office i was going to sweat like a pig. they took ages to fix the aircond. So anyways, around 11.45am, one of my friends asked for a favor to go to KLANG to collect a cheque. So we went as early as we could to avoid the MASSIVE JAM during lunch hour. We took Federal Highway & it was JAMMED at the beginning but when we reached Shah Alam the roads were kind of clear.



We passed by a few TOLLS & finally reached Klang. Me being myself, i was amazed with Klang as i've been there a few times but being me as usual, i'll forget easily when it comes to ROADS & DIRECTIONS. Klang was so jammed up & we kind of got lost halfway to get to Kapar Road. we BUMMED into a few roads such as Jalan Tampin & Jalan Tangkak.

Friend : Oh we have arrived Tampin, Melaka & also Tangkak, Johor.

Me : Haha. this is a road trip. I see Kuala Selangor. let's go eat SEAFOOD (money in the pocket less than rm50)

So we managed to reach Jalan Kapar. that was where time was wasted looking for the right place. so based from the landmarks given to my friend, the person told him that we will see a Shell Station on the left & there is no Petronas Station on your right & you will see a bridge right after that.

Friend : this is not the Shell Station coz there is a Petronas on our right.

Me : well if i turn left now, we won't be seeing Petronas right? so we are at the right direction.

Finally after a few rounds we stopped at the Shell Station & asked the guy who works there. Apparently there is another Shell Station behind the existing Shell Station. so we went there & finally found the place as it is surrounded by small 'Kampungs'. Around 2.30 we reached the office so we actually took 2 & a half hours from office to Klang & back to the office. Oh well, it FELT like a road trip heading to Port Dickson.

Shrek Forever After : Review

Last Friday me, Sha, Sofia, Hazren, Lala & Ashiq headed to the Curve to catch the last installment of SHREK. Sha & I arrived around 8pm. it was not really JAMMED surprisingly on a Friday evening. All of us got couple seats. The movie was at 10.20 & we quickly GRABBED DINNER @ Station Kopitiam.


While queuing to get POPCORN, the ticket BOOTH was kind of empty. i wonder where did all people go to???? So this is the very LAST of SHREK & there will be no more of Shrek after this. a GREAT way to finish up the whole SHREK installment. The usual characters came back for the last installment such as Shrek, Donkey, Princess Fiona, Dragon & Puss In Boots.


This is ONE TO WATCH as it has been almost 10 years since the first movie came out in 2001. The screening of this movie started last week on Thursday, 20th May 2010.

American Idol FINAL 3 & the RESULTS SHOW : BYE BYE CASEY JAMES

I just finished downloading American Idol & I did managed to watch it right after the download was complete. I personally do not have time at all to catch the show on Astro as i'm busy with work & i do run ERRANDS after work sometimes. Downloading it is the best possible way to catch the show.

This week Casey James, Crystal Bowersox & Lee Dewyze had to perform 2 SONGS each. the first pick will be theirs & the 2nd is the JUDGE'S CHOICE. First up was Casey & overall he sang it good but the judges were missing the 'X-FACTOR' from him. there were mixed reviews of his performance. second up was Crystal. She was as close as bad as Casey with the mixed reviews from the judges. Next up, Lee gave a SUPERB performance that SWEPT the judges away.

The next round with the judges choice, Randy & Kara picked Casey's song. All of them except Simon didn't really like the performance. Looks like Casey will get himself a ticket to be BOOTED OUT of American Idol. Ellen chose Crystal's song & she was really great & it actually brought out some elements in Crystal's voice that was never heard. Oh well it's so predictable that the FINALE will be Lee VS Crystal SHOWDOWN. The last performance from Lee was picked by Simon. what a way to close the show with a BRILLIANT performance that might make Lee take the Season 9 crown next week.

As for the results show, they showed clips of Lee heading back to Illinois, Crystal heading back to Ohio & Casey back to Texas. we also had Perez Hilton on the show showcasing his new found talent Travis Garland who performed. We also had Justin Bieber performing. The results show was obviously VERY PREDICTABLE. Lee & Crystal in the FINALS. Casey is OUT so he performs again & we see a footage of him throughout his American Idol journey.

Theatre - Caught in the Middle part IV

Yesterday on Wednesday, Sha got 2 tickets to watch this theater act in Jaya One, PJ. it was for her & our friend Sofia but ended up me & Sofia's boyfriend tagged along to join them for the rehearsal of the play. basically the PJLA theater is kind of new compared to the one in Bangsar.

When we entered the place, all the seats in a row was TIED up to one another & it was really cold in there. The play that we actually watched is actually more to POLITICAL & ones that involves politician from all the politic parties in Malaysia. I have to say that some parts of the jokes i LAUGHED but some i DID NOT (clueless) as i did not really understood some of the jokes as i'm not that much into politics.

All in all it was very ENTERTAINING as the actors seem very professional & that they acted really well. Some of the actors in the play were Zaibo (Spanar Jaya) & Mano Maniam (Kopitiam). Guys, this is one theater NOT TO BE MISSED if you are up to POLITICAL JOKES.

THE DESCENT 2 : Review

On Tuesday i actually went to the Curve to catch a movie right after work. apparently Sha got 2 tickets to watch the show. YAY!! we were watching THE DESCENT 2. to those of you who have watched the first installment, this is the SEQUEL of what actually happened after the ending of the first installment. The movie was around 9.30pm.

I have to say that it was actually a COOL & SCARY movie. it was like watching Charlie's Angels getting stuck in a HUGE DARK CAVE. they were technically KICKING ASS with some HIDEOUS creatures. not many people have actually heard about this movie.

If you are ready to watch this movie, better go watch the first one before jumping to the 2nd installment of the movie to get a clearer picture of what actually happened in the first installment. if you like THE HILLS HAVE EYES, HOSTEL & TURISTAS, then you are ready for more BLOOD & GORE.

I-City - The City Full Of Colours

Last Monday after work, my girlfriend, Sha bugged me to go to I-City. We had been discussing & planned to go there but somehow on Monday we decided to check it out. i had no idea what I-City was & i assumed it must be a HUGE MALL!!!! So around 6pm we headed to the place. It is situated in between Shah Alam & Klang if i'm not mistaken. Knowing that we were going to be stuck at the jam, i drove as fast as i can at the Federal Highway. BAD TIMING!! but we managed to reach the place around 7pm.

We were looking all over for I-City & we saw a building with pretty colours surrounding it. We went in & it wasn't a mall but it was actually an OFFICE building. Not bad i must say as there are so many people there. The place or you can say THE SMALL CITY is actually full of colours. It's really COLOURFUL & they had this huge CHRISTMAS TREE & also different coloured TREES.

So we went down to check out the place. There were so many displays & they had a part of a room with a Christmas surrounding & it was COLD. on the other side it was Mandarin Oranges with Chinese New Year settings & it was HOT. explains why there is oranges as it needs to grow on hot weather.

Next we saw a huge Christmas Tree & a mini CASTLE. As we were walking further & further there was a colourful PEACOCK & some offices. i wonder if they actually do have colourful offices?? If they do, I WANNA WORK THERE!! Hehe. the main attraction was the Big & Small COLOURED TREES. at around 8.30 we headed off for dinner & after that we headed back home. it was a really FUN experience to discover new places in KL.

Thanks to my girlfriend for bringing me to DISCOVER new places. You are FULL OF SURPRISES.. :)

American Idol FANTASTIC 4 & the LAST 3 SPOTS

This week was a very crucial week for all the four contestants, Lee Dewyze, Crystal Bowersox, Casey James & Michael Lynche. All four of them performed in front of the judges to make it to the TOP 3 but only ONE managed to woo the judges & it was Crystal. The other 3 kind of picked the wrong song choice & yeah at around this time they just had to mess up with the song choices. i guess they never thought it was a serious situation where it's important to stay in the game for another week.


Mentor for this week on American Idol was Jamie Foxx AGAIN, coz i remembered seeing him last year during the Adam Lambert & Kris Allen season. The best part of this week's show was that they had duets. Their DUET performances was way MUCH BETTER than their SOLO performances. Crystal & Lee duet together & it was SIZZLING HOT!! it was the best i have seen the whole season. Oh & not to forget Michael & Casey duet that was also AWESOME but it was not the same level as Lee & Crystal duet. Lee & Crystal was the BEST!!
The next episode was the results show & it was really intense for all four of them. the only 3 advancing next week would get a chance to go back to their hometown to meet their town's people. As usual it has been going on for the past few seasons of American Idol. So, back to the results. All four stands up & Ryan Seacrest clearly said he will not announce who is in the bottom 2 & that he will pick the contestants randomly based on who is safe. Casey is the first sent to SAFETY. After that we have performances from Fantasia Barrino (American Idol Season 3 WINNER), Chris Daughtry & Jon Bon Jovi.

As the last 3 stand up again to learn their fates, Lee is the 2nd person to return back to safety. This leaves Big Mike & Crystal & one of them is SAFE. Crystal gets the last spot in the TOP 3. Obviously Crystal deserves the spot for being the person who TOPPLED the other 3 in the solo performance & also for her duet which was amazing. it will be a shocker if she was booted out. Big Mike took a look at his footage & sings his song for the last time. He is the 9th person BOOTED OUT.

A Nightmare On Elm Street (2010) REVIEW

FINALLY!!!! About a few hours ago i was watching the REMAKE of the original A Nightmare On Elm Street. Right after work i rushed to the bank to pay for P1Wimax & my gf told me that we had to collect the tickets around 5.10pm because she booked the show online. i finish work everyday around 4pm. i drove like CRAZY trying to catch up with time to be right at THE CURVE on time just to collect the ticket & i DID IT!!

While waiting for the movie to start, i went to MR TEPPANYAKI to grab a quick bite. So around 6.10 i went in the cinema & waited around 6.30 when the movie started. I have to say the movie does follow much of the original Nightmare On Elm Street. Nancy played by Rooney Mara is the lead role same as the original where Heather Langenkamp played Nancy back in 1980. Freddy Krueger was played by Jackie Earl Haley.

The others were about the same role except for one of them in the original but their names changed in the remake. so if you are a FAN of this show & have watched the original movie, you'll know what to expect in the remake. the movie all in all was OK. the death scenes are PRETTY AWESOME. more gory scenes & freddy krueger is so much of a PERVERT towards the last few parts of the movie as usual. i prefer Robert Englund playing Freddy Krueger though.

Other stars in the movie are Katie Cassidy (Melrose Place), Kellan Lutz (Twilight), Kyle Gallner (Jennifer's Body) & Thomas Dekker (Heroes). This movie is a MUST WATCH IF & IF you are a fan of Nightmare On Elm Street. I'll give it a 6.5/10 for good ACTING & great DEATH SCENES.

Something SAD & FUNNY Happened....

Last Friday i was heading for work & i knew i was gonna be late again. SHIT it was close to 9am & the road was soooo JAMMED up. last week every single day was really that bad of a jam. i wonder whether people started to go to work starting MAY & not the previous weeks bcoz i knew very well that the road was not that hectic the past months. I live in PJ & my office is in PHILEO D'SARA next to EASTIN Hotel & i pass section16, PJ every weekday to go to work.
So i reached the office & thank god i was on time. so as time passed by i had this really nice customer whose boss was not around the office. he helped out by asking me to give the details as of to why such has happened & he will resolve it immediately. as i was about to leave for lunch i got a call from my GF & she said her car BROKE DOWN. OH NO, i asked her where & she said SUBANG. she needed a mineral bottled water as she assumed it was her car battery that was lacking.
At around 1.30, i drove to subang & i saw sooo many cars passing by & NONE of them i REPEAT none of them actually went down the car & helped. WOW!! im not trying to criticize Malaysians but they are REALLY HELPFUL (sarcastically). that's what my GF told me, that for the past ONE HOUR no one came down & tried to help. so after her car was partially settled which it broke down again & the car was at the workshop, it was discovered that her Radiator broke.
I had to drive my GF back to her place to drive her dad to Subang to show him the workshop. while i was driving during the MASSIVE JAM, i BUMMED into another car. SHIT!!!!! what is wrong with the day. luckily it was a TINY crack at the back part of the person's car. he was soo nice & we brought him to the nearest workshop to repair the damages. it was MINOR & cost about RM50. thank god.
I was late for work which was after lunch hour. i arrived at around 3.30pm. my boss asked me what happened & i told him exactly what happened. so after a quick meal in the office, I started working. i called the customer whom i spoke to earlier in the morning. he was FURIOUS at me. here's how the conversation went.

Me : Good afternoon sir. so did u receive my fax?

Customer : What are u trying to do?

Me : What did i do?

Customer : I went to one of your offices in Rembau, Pahang & one of your staff told me i did not cancel my phone line.

Me : But sir that was what i received in my system. like i told u it was a system error so that's why i faxed u a one paged form black & white for our company's reference.

Customer : don't lie to me. your staff told me to ignore the form. who should i believe? U or him?

Me : don't ask me, ask yourself who do u trust. i can't do much to help if u can't help me by sending back the form i sent to u because your phone line will be automatically terminated within 3 days even when i do not terminate it.

Customer : i'll sue your company & i'll bring u to court.

Me : BRING IT ON!! u want my full details? coz i can give it to you to pass it to your lawyer.

Customer : u wait i tell u, i'll DRAG u to court.

Me : no problem sir. u do what's right yeah.

Customer : ...........(hung up the phone).


What a bad day for me, i basically got ATTACKED by the customer for no good reason. oh well, human error & the thing is i was going to set it straight & make things right but i guess u can't change everything to make it right bcoz there are some things u just have to let it be. so im left with 3 weeks of work & i managed to CLOSE UP 14 SALES for the whole week. YAY!!!!!

American Idol TOP 5 & Aaron Kelly is OUT!!!!

I have just watched the American Idol TOP 5 earlier in the morning as i did not have time at all to watch it right after downloading the episode. So their MENTOR for this week was Harry Connick JR & their theme for this week was Frank Sinatra. 4 guys & one girl standing to WIN IT.

Since the reviews are already out & i'm sure most of u have seen the episode on STAR WORLD or 8TV but let me just put out a quick review on all of the 5 contestant. Aaron Kelly & Crystal Bowersox had mixed reviews from the judged where Kara & Simon was on team NEGATIVE & Ellen & Randy on team POSITIVE. Casey James got HAMMERED by all the 4 judges & i thought he will leave the competition next due to his past appearance in the BOTTOM 2. Lee Dewyze & Michael Lynche were the BOMB!!!! The judges said that if it was the last night of the competition, Lee would have won the title. while we here most of the judges arguing about lack of SWAGGER & PITCHY. i guess when they are out of words they can pull of these 2 common words to attack the contestants.

So the next episode was the RESULTS SHOW. (drum rolling).... it's the top 5. pretty INTENSE i say. we had Lady Gaga pre-taped performance of her new single - Alejandro. later on they also had Harry Connick to perform one of Sinatra's song. so BACK to the RESULTS!!!! oh no, they pulled Lee out first & after Ryan Seacrest messed with his mind a little, he tells Lee that he is save & that he divided the other 4 into 2 GROUPS. Crystal & Casey on one side & Michael & Aaron on the other. Ryan asked Lee if he had the chance to choose which group is save, will he pick? Lee said NO! so Ryan announced of Crystal's & Casey's safety. Now that was a shocker to see Casey not in the bottom list. so we are left with Michael & Aaron. Ryan announced that the 8th person to be booted out is AARON KELLY. whipppeee. knew that was coming if it wasn't Casey's turn tonite. So next week is MOVIE THEME & mentoring is JAMIE FOXX (again?!)

SCARY AS HELL!!!!

Sooooo SORRY!!!! that i did not have the time to update my blog as i've been quite busy this week with work. GUESS to make up time for lack of sales last month. So 2 nights ago i had this really weird dream that there was this lady with really LONG & SHARP nails who have been stalking my area for quite some time. this lady was always flying up on people's rooftop looking for victims but apparently NOT!! she was after MEEEEEEEE??!!! OH NO.. HELP HELP!!!!

So i went on by seeking help as to how can i stop this crazy woman from eating me up. so i went toseveral "BOMOH" & some of my relatives for help but somehow she managed to put them in a spell & continued to approach me. i remembered my brother & my GF was in the picture towards the end helping me out. This lady is FAST!! she tracked me down so quickly that i had to make a last minute run for survival.

The last thing i remembered was that she caught me & scratched my NECK. as i was about to wake up i could feel like someone was trying to scratch me. it felt SOoooooooooo REAL.. this must be a case where i don't actually wash my FEET. like some elderly people say "BASUH KAKI DULU SEBELUM TIDUR". which i didn't so i guess that is why i keep having weird, freaky & scary dreams on ALTERNATE days.

YELLOW CAB in KL

I forgot to update about my 2nd trip to Yellow Cab last Friday after work around 5ish. Well it's my first in KL. The first time i actually went to YELLOW CAB was in Taipan, Subang. Got to know the place from my GF. she was bugging me to go eat there & i really had no idea how it looked like back then.

So after work, my gf & i decided to drive around KL without any actual plans & we got stuck in a MASSIVE JAM. well i forgot it's Friday. obviously it's gonna be really CRAZY. For me i kinda suck with roads in KL. i could get lost anytime in KL. Yellow Cab in KL is actually nearby Heritage Row. Hrmmmm, i really have no idea how to get THERE. i've been to heritage row twice & that was for clubbing. the only 2 roads in KL that i know is the road that gets to ZOUK & also Changkat
because i've been there soooo many times before.

Around 6.30 pm we arrived Yellow Cab. well well i could actually see KL Twin Towers from far. so we ordered a PIZZA & it was beef & pepperoni pizza. what i like about the food there is because the amount of cheese they put in. it's not too much & it's just nice. so i had 5 & a half slices of pizza & the balance which is 2 & a half goes to my GF. im such a PIG i swear. but oh well i'm DETERMINED to put on more weight. i need to eat more & more. :)


the last time i went to yellow cab we also had baked potatoes that comes with sour cream sauce. but since we were BROKE we just ordered the pizza. well it's more spacious than the one in Taipan but oh well who cares, the food is AWESOME!! i actually like it better than Pizza Hut, Domino's & Canadian Pizza.
