MISERY JULY..

To recap the whole thing that happened last week was crazy.. I had my car broke down because of the battery pack, & then a car hit my car right after that. Oh & on the same day right after my car was fixed, i was rushing to Uniten, Bangi for my exams & for some reason the queue at the toll was long. Apparently their system shut down so i had to reverse my car to get to the other lane which was still a long queue. By the time i reached Uniten, i was 10 minutes late for my exams.


To have made my day better, my girlfriend & I planned to go watch a movie & she wanted to watch Twilight so badly so we rushed to the ticket booth to get the tickets. Later on, i got a call from a recruitment agency which i went for an interview & they told me that i got the job offer in Citibank. I was sooooo happy because i didn't think i'll make it through. I remembered going for 2 interviews with Citibank & it was really SCAREEEEEY..


2 days after that, my car tyres went flat. So there goes, more money to come out. I've been jobless for almost 2 months & all of these are happening NOW????!!!!. Last Sunday i managed to changed to go to the workshop to get new tyres. The suckiest part was i went to Maybank to run errands for my mum. There were loads of cash to be put in. Somehow the machine was stuck & RM600 was in it at that time so i had to call up Maybank customer service to lodge a report.


A few days after that, i realized my road tax was expiring. I had to go renew it & it'll be ready by next Monday. Oh, the things i go through this month is just crazy.

TOY STORY 3 - Movie Review

FINALLY!!!! I get to watch TOY STORY 3 tonight. After the long wait & the buzz from people that it's the best movie of the year, i made a lot of attempts to watch it. It first started last week if im not mistaken on Friday. Sha & I watched DESPICABLE ME coz Toy Story 3 was full. We tried booking online for Saturday & Sunday but it was still full. The showtime was 11am & 4pm during the weekends. There were only 2 slots in a day??!! I finally got to book for Monday but i was too tired coz of World Cup & i didn't have enough sleep. So today i got to watch the 9.30pm show in One Utama but the seats available was the front row seats. OMG, people actually watch movies on Tuesdays!!?? Sheesh people go to sleep!! u have work tomorrow. Hehe..


This is actually the last installment of Toy Story. Oh man, i'm gonna miss it. BUZZ LIGHTYEAR, WOODY, MR & MRS POTATO HEAD, JESSIE, REX, HAMM & SLINKY DOG. This are the characters that has been in the Toy Story franchise for a very long time. The first movie came out in 1995. It's been 15 years already. There are a few villains in this movie i find cool like BIG BABY, LOTSO & the annoying monkey. In the beginning they showed a few clips of the orphans which i laughed coz they look like GREMLINS with different coloured hair.


I have to say after watching Toy Story 3, this is one of my favourite movie of the year. It's rare to have a sequel as good or even better than the first installment. For those who have not watched it, this is a must watch or u'll be missing out on something that is worth ur 1 hour 45 minutes.

HOLLAND VS SPAIN

It is exactly 2 hours from now that the HOLLAND VS SPAIN match will be starting. Almost all of you are sleeping right now. So i'm just gonna fill in some things before i take short nap too & wake up at around 1.30am. I really want Holland to win. My money's on Holland baybeh. I don't care that the octopus picked Spain. Clearly the bird picked Holland & so does the female octopus. and oh!! my cat too did picked Holland. Gave my cat 2 papers & told him to pick either one. Haha.. Good Night Everyone!!!! Will be up around 1.30am.. :)

Sex & The City 2 : Movie Review

Last week, Sha brought me to watch Sex & The City 2. i'm NOT a BIG FAN of the series or even the movie but i actually liked it. i didn't watch the first one either but i have to say this movie was great because of 2 things : 1) NEW YORK CITY & 2) how fabulous people there are in NYC. it just makes me wanna work hard & be filthy rich so i can shower Sha with all the pretty HANDBAGS & gorgeous SHOES.


I remembered hearing Sha screaming out in the cinema 'OMG BIRKIN' & 'OMG PRETTY LOUBOUTIN'. even though i don't really know much of fashion (but i do know it's a hand bag & shoes), Sha's teaching me a thing or two about fashion. She would actually be considered as my PERSONAL STYLIST as she loves to match almost all my clothes & tell me which colour matches which.


So back to the movie, we actually do know the regular 4 characters of Sex And The City - Carrie, Samantha, Miranda & Charlotte. I like Samantha the most for her priceless jokes. She is my favourite character among the 4. i remember friends said that Sha (my girlfriend) is exactly a Samantha. So after watching the movie i kind of think she is exactly like her. OH MY!! Haha.. i guess!? i don't know.... :)

P to the D!!!!

Last weekend i went to Port Dickson after sooo long.. The last time i remembered going to P.D. was at a Rave Event (Partaaay). oh well, i slowed down on parties & clubbing. The mood to party is still in me but u know when it reaches 11pm, u start to get lazy & sleepy & i rather sleep due to tiredness of working.


The first pit stop was Melaka & i drove to Muar with Fifi & Meon for the day to just eat & eat. 2 places where they have GOOD FOOD - Muar & Penang. i swear if u go there & not eat, I'll SMACK YOU.. HAHA.. It was on Saturday when i actually arrived P.D. with Sha to meet up with Sofia & Toin. Me & Sha actually went to the pasar malam where they had "Appam Kecik". it was actually yummy.


We wanted to go to the beach but it was raining almost all the time that we mostly stayed indoors. On Sunday, we were about to leave P.D. around 7pm n Toin's car broke down. So ended up all of us bumped into my car around 10pm to head back to KL. This would be my last vacation for the longest time as i'm planning to save up my money for a trip outside of Malaysia.

WIMBLEDON 2010

Wimbledon was overshadowed by World Cup this year but that didn't stop the tennis fans to support the tournament that was being held in THE ALL ENGLAND CLUB. i have to say that this year is the best year for tennis ever since some of the players came back to play tennis. as for the ladies section, the best ever ALL BELGIAN MATCHES is back with Kim Clijsters & Justine Henin in the tournament as they are really the players to watch.


Congrats to Rafael Nadal for his comeback to tennis as he won back to back GRAND SLAMS from Roland Garros French Open to Wimbledon. I guess Roger Federer might be retiring from tennis anytime soon since he has lost the last few tennis tournaments but he has been the greatest champion of all times. There were a few surprises in the finals as Tomas Berdych & Vera Zvonareva competed in the Men & Women singles FINALS.


Serena Williams have been dominating in Grand Slams this year with 2 Grand Slams titles - Australian Open & Wimbledon. In the 2nd week of Wimbledon we still see the great tennis players in the run such as Andy Roddick, Maria Sharapova, Venus Williams & Novak Djokovic. Though i didn't really fully pay attention to this year's Wimbledon due to some matches in World Cup but i still got the time to watch the best matches of the tournament.
