I'm Back & all about Season 11 of American Idol

I'm back everyone!!!! It's been say 6 months since i've last posted something in my blog. It took me sooooo long to realize that I should continue blogging about what i've been up to n it took 6 months for me to get ready to blog again as sometimes for me ideas don't come up just like that & instead of writing crap in my blog i might as well wait & come up with something fresh and new. OK!! Enough of the long story of why i disappeared from blogging.

What i've been watching these past few months is American Idol. It during this time of the year where i actually catch up with TV shows especially reality shows and especially American Idol. Why this show? Bcoz ive been watching it since i was 17 and that was way back in Season 3 during my 5th and final form in High School. What i like is the changes there is in Season 11 or even since last year in Season 10. They have new judges such as J.LO & Steven Tyler. Randy Jackson is still there though.

 

When it comes to contestants, I always love an underdog of the show. Majority of them would not make it to the finals or win the whole thing but they are always in the running for as long as they can. I don't really like front runners as they are the obvious choice to win the whole thing and the whole judges favoritism always happen in American Idol but they don't always get what they want when it comes to public voting. This season has lots of varieties with 3 Asians, 1 British, a gospel singer, a country singer, few big voices and a few unique voices.

One day if it does come true, I would love to fly to the States to watch the FINALE of American Idol. Though my favourite contestant made it till the Top 4, i was kind off disappointed as I would have been more excited and looking forward for my favourite to perform in the Top 3 and possibly making it to the finals. As i'm not able to watch it LIVE due to being unable to watch it online, i would as usual be following the live blog to see how my favourite is doing every week till the top 4. For the past 8 seasons i have been watching, not once have my favourite ever won the whole competition. Their highest ever position in American Idol would be a runner up in the competition way back in Season 5.

None of the Top 3 would be considered my favourite but we'll see who wins it all this year as now it's hard to pick a winner yet at this point as all 3 are SUPERB. Guess who my favourite is????  If you follow American Idol you would know who.... Hint hint, that person had also appeared in Season 10 of American Idol too..
