CLEANING DAY

Today i actually finished work around 4pm. I was sooo excited as the weekend is around the corner. I guess coz everyone is tired & exhausted especially those who are fasting. For me i become less progressive at work. I get sleepy & tired, I actually fell asleep at work a few times.


When i came back home around 4.45pm, my brother picked me up from work. Congrats to him for getting his driving license so he can drive me to work everyday. Later part of the night Sha, me & the others gathered in Pappa Rich for drinks & dessert. Around 11pm the CLEANING DAY started where everyone decided to help me out clean up my house.


Imagine living in a Bungalow just me & my brother. It is quite frustrating trying to manage a huge house all by yourself. TIRING. So me, Sha, Sofia, Toin, Lala, Fifi (Sha's cousin) & Meon started cleaning up the house & their last pit stop was my room. My room is out of control with papers & books lying around on the floor. My room has been in a mess for a long time & even though I did try to clean it a few months back, i just needed everyone to help me out as my room is big & it can get out of control anytime.

Vampire Sucks : Movie Review

Finally the wait is over as I got to watch the premiere screening of Vampire Sucks yesterday. Lucky for me, i got to leave early from work at around 5pm. I thought i was going to be stranded in the office till 6pm sharp. I was so hungry & i couldn't function. People always say during 'puasa' month u tend to put on more weight but not in my case as i lost a lot of weight and i realize that through my working pants. It gets loose these days.

Back to the movie, it's where Twilight meets GAGA.. There were scenes that really made me laugh out so loud as it was clearly a spoof of Twilight. They had Black Eyed Peas impersonators, Edward the vampire being GAGA-FIED. It was more focused towards the girl, the vampire & the werewolf. Even though i didn't find it that funny compared to Scary Movie, but it was worth watching as they bring spoofs to another level and different as it was more of a Twlight parody with mixtures of Jersey Shore impersonators & a few clips of Alice In Wonderland.

At times it was not as funny as it was supposed to be but anything that makes fun of Twilight, i would watch it as i'm not a huge fan of Twilight. Bella is actually Becca in the movie but Edward the vampire & Jacob the werewolf portrayed the same exactly like the Twilight installment. Most of them were about the same characters in Twilight. Just a few that were put in as an addition to spike up & make the movie funnier.

Mamee Sllrrrp HUNTING!!!!

This weekend i managed to go for groceries to stock up on some food stuff and without fail Mamee Sllrrrp was one of the main priorities when stocking up. I actually went to TMC in Bangsar as I'm so used to going there.


I pickep up different flavours of Mamee Sllrrrp like i was shopping for clothes or DVDs. Hehe. I went crazy for a moment choosing almost every different flavours i see on their shelves. What I like about Mamee Sllrrrp so much that I find it very attractive not to only me but also buyers were because of the packaging. They have it in many many colours such as Blue, Green, Black, Red & Orange.
The flavours of Mamee Sllrrrp is satisfying as there is Chicken, Curry, Asam Laksa & Xtra Pedas. I bought a few packets & also cups of different flavour. This shall be my companion throughout my fasting period. I'll definitely stock up more and more once I managed to finish all of it because without me realizing I bought too many of it and that it might last me till Hari Raya celebration.

Why Do I Want The Limited Edition Phone Socks!!!!

I've been using Blackberry for quite sometime. It's almost a year already using Blackberry & as much as i try not to drop the phone accidentally or avoid from being scratched, i actually had a few occasions where my phone dropped badly & thankfully it is still in 99.9% in good shape. Thanx to the screen protector for saving my phone's screen even though the re is a scratch on my phone.
The model of my phone is Blackberry Curve Gemini 8520. Why i find it cool to have this particular model is because i was born in May & i'm a GEMINI. Why i really want the phone socks badly is because i need to protect my phone from getting scratched more & more. It is also cool to have a different kind of phone cover for my phone. It should be different from any other phone covers such as the rubber type phone cover or the hard cover which is similar to the nokia phone covers.


Something different from others might make your phone more noticeable by others & there might also be a tiny bit possibility that someone random coming over to you asking you where you actually got the phone socks. Oh well!! My phone too needs full attention from other phone users right??

Berbuka Puasa in Suriamas, Sunway

Last week on Saturday, i actually had to wake up early in the morning to go to work somewhere in Jalan Ampang. When everyone is still sleeping all nicely in a really cool weather, I had to wake up just for a 4 hour training session at work???!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!


So around 3pm i finished work & i came back home to pick up my brother, Ashraf & girlfriend, Sha from Taman Tun to get ready to 'berbuka puasa' in Sunway. We decided to get some food first before heading there so we stopped at Bangsar's Pasar Ramadhan. I went down with Ashraf to get Ayam Percik. It was sooo expensive. RM6 for one ayam percik. Oh well, it was sooo delicious but too bad Drumsticks & Thighs were sold out so we had to get Wings instead.


So when we reached Sunway which was in Sofia's house, we helped her prepare some of the food she was cooking. Gotta give Sofia props for her 'Kambing Masak Kurma'. It was really YUMMY.. After we were done with Buka Puasa, the girls went on to ctach up with each other & me, Ashraf & Sofia's boyfriend, Toin watched DVDs. Apparently there was Stephen King's IT so we watched for at least an hour before i decided to go back home. While watching IT we had dessert & one of Sofia's housemate, Fazu made CREAM CARAMEL. Have to give PROPS to her too for making such a delicious Cream Caramel. Thanx Sofia & Fazu for the delicious food last week. Looking forward for another buka puasa session this week.

4am - Sahur with Mamee Sllrrrp..

I waited for awhile & did not sleep just to grab something to east for Sahur before i actually sleep. If not i wouldn't actually wake up halfway to eat during sahur & just proceed with my sleep. So i went downstairs to pick on things to eat. Looked up the fridge & freezer & found Nuggets & frozen Roti Canai that needs to be cooked before eating.


I just wanted to eat something instant & quick as i'm tired of keeping awake for long till 4am!!!! Last week i did stocked up some food stuff during my trip to the GROCER in GIANT. I did get some Mamee Sllrrrp along the way. What i got was a really interesting flavor & the packaging was to me interesting as it is black in colour. It was actually cheaper to get the ones in the packet than the ones in the cups.


The flavor was KARI XTRA PEDAS & as usual i bought a cup of Chicken Flavored Mamee Sllrrrp. As of 15 minutes ago it was the Kari Xtra Pedas flavor that i ate & it was quite what i expected it to be.

3 in 1 : SALT, INCEPTION & TEKKEN

To make a quick recap of last week, before the Ramadhan/fasting month, i actually got to catch a few movies that i thought was A MUST WATCH BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE. I started watching SALT first & i thought it was an average movie & if it wasn't Angelina Jolie as the movie lead, the movie would have sucked. I preferred WANTED better but this was actually good if ur definitely an Angelina Jolie fan. There's nothing much special about the movie as the stunts were predictable but when Angelina's kicking ass, that i have to say is GREAT.


The next day was actually a last minute idea of a double date to watch Inception. Got tickets for an 11.30pm show. This is a movie U have to watch as it makes u keep thinking throughout the story. If u are into a psychological thriller, this is something that you would like. Not to forget way back in the year 2003 when they had a movie called IDENTITY starring John Cusack & that was really good too. This time around Inception was more mind-blogging than ever. It kept me thinking a lot to figure out what it actually was about & i got through it by understanding all of it. FINALLY!! I'm not that blur after all.


The following week i managed to watch Tekken & i must say boring storyline but COOL fighting scenes. I must say the HIGHLIGHT of the movie was the fighting techniques that they used in the movie was exactly the same as the video game. While some of the famous characters wasn't around but there were a few i recognized such as Jin, Heihachi, Kazuya, June, Nina, Anna, Yoshimitsu, Bryan Fury, Marshall Law & Christie.

Fighting Umbrella Corporation

WOW!!!! The 4th installment of Resident Evil will be out next month & it will be released 10th of September which is Hari Raya itself. Oh well, since i'm going to celebrate Raya here in KL, i won't have any problems catching the movie at all on that day itself. I love the last 3 Resident Evil movies. I didn't really played much of the video games but i know the characters very well thanks to watching my brothers playing the Resident Evil video games like crazy but well not all the characters in the movie are the same as the one in the video game.


I saw the movie review & i think it's still closely related as one of the characters in the 3rd movie besides Alice (Milla Jovovich) is in the new movie. So how i basically would go through to battle out against the EVIL Umbrella Corporation is by having more clones of myself. That way they might be tired of killing more of me. My clones would be as SLICKY as ALICE & i must be fully equipped with GUNS on my right & left hand. That goes to my clones too. I'll make sure i have more than enough bullets to keep shooting.

As for back ups i shall put additional guns hanging around my legs & not to forget strapped at the back of my neck & back body. I know it sounds so much like how Alice or any other characters in Resident Evil would do but at least i'm fully equipped & prepared together with my whole lot of armies to KICK ASS. DEAD OR NOT but at least i gave it my best shot.

This Mamee Sllrrrp flavour is AWESOME!!!!

I actually had a few different flavours of Mamee Sllrrrp this week & one of this which is new to me was actually awesome. It's - Mee Rebus Pedas Gillerr flavour. SIZZLING HOT!! I thought it was actually the spiciest of all spicy flavoured noodles. Well there are a few more left for me to try out but this flavour is addictive.


When i saw the picture from the packet, i thought i was just going to be the usual spicy but then it was completely beyond my expectation. YUMMY.. This flavour will be my most stocked up flavour of Mamee during the fasting month starting next week.

Why Vampires Sucks????

There is this new SPOOF coming out somewhere towards the end of August & it's a spoof about vampires especially TWILIGHT. I watched Twilight because Sha loves it sooooo much. I don't like it that much as Twilight is sooooo CORNY.. I remember last year & this year watching the 2nd & 3rd installment of Twilight, girls started going AWWWWW & DAMN.. Team Edward & Team Jacob - Whatever!! I'm not in any teams coz they are boring. They were just fighting for the love of one girl, Bella.


These days vampires tend to suck coz i remembered Edward in Twilight had sooooo many powder in his face. Not to forget really RED lipstick. He looked like he was in a freezer for many many years. There was also this one TV Series about vampires called TRUE BLOOD. I find it good but the vampires look more like party vampires than classic ones that actually give u shivers.


There is one of this movie i remembered, Fright Night which was back in the 80's. That particular vampire movie was stupid. Instead of getting scared i actually laughed at some parts of it. It was more funny than spooky.. Those pervert vampires at times were scary but at times could cover up the scariness by making u laugh more & more.

Anyways, the Spoof about vampires will be out by the last week of August. I can't wait to laugh out loud with all the funny scenes as watched in the trailer as there were many Twilight scenes & some Lady Gaga.. GAGA-FIED..
